The Sun Light
The Sun is our biggest globe and, with the three-light points inside it, also our brightest. We developed the Fine Hemp Sun material for the shade, which casts a gloriously uplifting light when fully lit that can be dimmed to an atmospheric golden glow in the evening.
The Sun is perfect for any room with a bit of ceiling height and despite its size sits lightly as a calming centre piece in a living room or drawing room. It would also be beautiful in a larger bedroom to gaze up to when lying in bed. The bigger the globe, the more challenging it is to achieve the spherical shape so getting to 600mm diameter was quite a feat. The handmade shade has a special finial added at the bottom which helps it hold its shape. The solid brass rosette has been antiqued and is paired with a golden twisted flex.
